What is the thickness of a regular condom? |
Condom Man says:
The typical thickness for a condom is 0.07 mm. There are some condoms that are made from premium latex that can go as low as 0.04 mm, but for the most part, all condoms are relatively the same thickness. For maximum sensation, and to feel as if a condom isn't there, the best advice I have is to use lubricant and find a condom that fits you comfortably. Thanks - |

How can you tell what is the inside of the condom, and what is the outside of the condom on a condom that is not lubricated? and does it make a difference which side you use? |
Condom Man says:
Hi, thanks for your interesting question. For the most part, once you practice and perfect it, putting on a condom can take only a couple of seconds. But one of the trickiest parts, at least in my opinion, is making sure you don't put it on inside-out. For a non-lubricated condom, it isn't as important, but for a lubricated condom, this will make a big difference. Essentially you just have to make sure that you "go with the roll" of the condom. Examine it up close if you need to (which sometimes can be hard to do in the dark) so you can see which way the latex is meant to unroll. When putting it on, make sure the unrolled part of the condom is on the outside, not the inside. If you're feeling as if it's not unrolling easily, you probably are putting it on the wrong way. It should naturally unroll down to the base. |

I recently decided to have relations with my lover and thers one small problem I don't know what size condom to bringl. I don't want to show up an x-large and he not fit it. What should I do? |
Condom Man says:
Hi Lynn, thanks for the question. I'll admit I don't get a lot of questions on "proper condom etiquette" so this one is very refreshing.
I should say first that practically every major condom on the market will fit practically every man. The sizing differences in the condoms are more for comfort than anything else; as far as safety goes, every major-brand condom can literally fit over a watermelon or a human head (no, the other head.) So I would say go the safe route and bring a standard size condom, safe in the knowledge that unless he is some sort of mutant, the condom will fit and you will be able to have safe sex.
However, my hope is that your lover is as smart and safety-concious as you are, and will also come prepared with his own favorite brand of condom. |

i need to kniow where i can buy wide condoms? |
Condom Man says:
Hi Greta,
Your question is very timely. Just this week we have expanded our large condoms selection to include Durex XXL and Lifestyles Mega XL. For maximum width, the Lifestyles XL condom is for you. The Durex XXL is sold as the longest (though not the widest) condom on the market today. Thanks! |
