i ejaculated in a spermicidal condom and i kept going for a few seconds and i think some of the semen came out but just a very small ammount. does the spermicide kill all the sperm that was in the comdom?

Hi Stan, it is highly recommended that you pull out either right before or after climaxing, and while doing so to hold on to the base of the condom to make sure that there is no leakage. If you don’t do this you are putting yourself at a bit of risk and not getting the full risk protection of the condom. Thanks -
