If you’ve used email over the past few years, most likely you’ve seen this joke forwarded to you a few times. Trojan jumped on it and decided to cash in on its popularity, making a funny live-action version of the joke in this web-only commercial.
You may or may not have heard about how recently, some television networks have been wary of letting Trojan buy commercial air-time. In particular, their “Evolve” campaign was refused by one or two of the major networks.
As goofy as that is (considering they have no problem airing commercials for Viagra, Enzyte, Cialis and more), Trojan turned this into a unique opportunity by creating edgier commercials and releasing them only on the internet, in turn hoping that they’ll generate enough buzz to get seen by a large audience.
